This is 20 day ferment of red habanero, yellow onion, tangerine, ginger root, garlic with all spice berries and mustard seed. It was dumped in the pot, blended with pineapple juice and then strained which resulted in a thin but tasty "splash sauce" (hot sauce should always be shaken and this one demands it) It is great on seafood or pork loin but we mostly use it in salads to give it just a little kick.
